‘Xmas Delivery dates’
UK Pre-Xmas delivery of in stock items, please order before 10am 18th December.
EU Pre-Xmas delivery of in stock items, order before 11pm 13th December.
To purchase items from the michellehouse.co.uk website, customers must be 18 or over, have either a valid credit/debit card or a valid PayPal account and be an individual not a business.
We do not deliver to BFPO addresses, hotels, temporary addresses or PO boxes.
All prints are made to order and we will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. During the Xmas period, delivery may take a little longer. You will receive a notification by email telling you when your order has been shipped. For large value orders your parcel will need a signature on delivery, please ensure you are going to be in to receive the delivery. When a parcel is sent using the tracking service (all prints), a tracking number will be on your shipping notification email.
Packaging is recyclable where possible and the cellophane on the cards is biodegradable. Michelle avoids using plastic in her packaging wherever possible.

All UK orders over £70 have free delivery with code: UK-70-DELIVERY (deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man can be delayed by customs). You will normally receive your order within 3 – 5 working days. Please see the ‘Terms and Conditions of Sale’ on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ page for more information on payments and delivery times.
Shipping is calculated by weight and size. We use Royal Mail either 1st class ‘Signed for’, tracked or Special Delivery.
1-2 cards – £2.50 (why not order 2 for the same postage costs as 1 card)
1 x tea towel or up to 8 cards from – £3.00
Over 8 cards from – £4.70
A3, 40 x 50, 50 x 50 and 50 x 70cm prints from – £5.00

We use the Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracking delivery services within the EU.
EU Addresses have a £15.00 delivery charge. We will ship your order as soon as possible and it will normally arrive within 5 – 10 working days. Please see the ‘Terms and Conditions of Sale’ on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ page for more information on payments and delivery times.
Rest of the World
There are no delivery options on this website for non EU countries in Europe or the rest of the world at the moment. This will hopefully change in the near future.
If you require delivery to a different country please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to arrange it for you.
Taxes and customs
Please note if your parcel is going outside the UK and EU, there may be taxes and import duties to pay. Michellehouse.co.uk does not pay these, so you are responsible for any payment that needs to be made. Please contact your local Customs and Excise office for information on costs.
International orders may be inspected at the border controls which can cause a delay in delivery. Delays at customs can also affect the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
Damages – We hope that you are happy with your order. We take great care to ensure that all items are in perfect condition when they are dispatched, however in the unlikely event that they reach you in a damaged condition, please get in touch at email@example.com or on +44 (0)7930 995866 within 7 days to let us know. Please ensure that you inspect your order immediately on receipt.
If your Goods are damaged or faulty they can be returned to us at Michelle House, 75 Roxburgh Road, London, SE27 0LE within 28 days of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund including delivery and postage costs for damaged or faulty Goods only. Please retain a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office as proof of postage and the tracking number if using a tracking service. Please follow the returns procedure at the bottom of this page.
Cancellation – If you are not happy with your items, you are entitled to an exchange or refund. Please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 07930 995866 within 7 days so we know you will be returning the items. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Goods and are responsible for ensuring that they reach us in perfect condition. Please send the Goods back to us as soon as possible and no later that 14 days after you inform us of your cancellation to Michelle House, 75 Roxburgh Road, London, SE27 0LE.
Please retain a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, and the tracking number if using a tracking service.
You are responsible for any damage to the Goods whilst in your possession.
When returning items, please ensure that:
a) The Goods are returned in the original packaging (if it’s not damaged) or otherwise sufficiently packaged and labelled correctly to Michelle House, 75 Roxburgh Road, West Norwood, London, SE27 0LE.
b) You include your name, address and order number inside the package.
c) That the Goods are unused and in perfect condition when returning to us.
d) You obtain and retain a Certificate of Postage as proof of posting from the Post Office and ensure that the Goods are sufficiently insured for the return journey to us.
